& Local Cincinnati & Northern Kentucky Turf Fields.

Team Selection: Teams are accepted based on record in league play and tournaments. ** KSA reserves the right the refuse acceptance based on limited field availability and level of play to make the KSA Elite Spring Thaw one of the most competitive tournaments in the region at every level.

Fees: U9-U10 = $425.00
U11-U12 = $475.00
U13-U15 = $550.00
Payment: Payments can be made online using Visa or MC. Payment by check must be mailed to;

Format:
U9 & U10 will play 6v6- roster size 12
U11 & U12 teams will play 8v8- roster size 14
U13 - U15 teams will play 11v11 roster size 18
-3 guest players can be eligible – (Rules & Regulations)
Eligibility: All teams must be in good standing in state associations.
USYSA and US Club are eligible.
Participation: All teams guaranteed 3 games; champion and finalist awards for U9-U15.

Tournament Check in: Friday 4-9pm, Saturday 7:30am-9:30am at Town & Country Sports Complex.
What you need for check in:
1.) Copy of roster (validated by your state) - We keep on file
2.) Guest player form (if a team has a guest players) - We keep on file
3.) Players/coaches cards (must match roster and guest player form) - You keep
4.) Travel permit (if traveling outside of KY or Ohio South) - We keep on file
5.) Medical Release forms (every player) - You keep
6.) Liability Form (signed by every parent on the team). We keep on file
